What is the minimum order quantity for brand owners?
For ODM orders (existing models + your branding): 1,000 pieces. For OEM orders (fully custom design with new mold): 5,000–10,000 pieces, depending on design complexity. We’re happy to discuss your specific needs.
Do you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any confidential information, including design files, product concepts, and brand assets — is exchanged. Your IP protection is non-negotiable.
How much does custom mold tooling cost?
Tooling cost varies depending on your design: shape, size, complexity, lid type, and requirements all factor in. We provide a detailed quote after reviewing your concept. The fee is a one-time investment, creditable when reach specific order amount.
Can I start with existing models and switch to full custom later?
Yes, many of our brand clients started exactly this way. Begin with ODM to test the market, then transition to fully custom OEM once you’ve validated demand.
What printing methods do you support?
Silk screen, UV digital, laser engraving, heat transfer, and water decal. Each produces a different look and durability. Our team recommends the best option for your brand and budget.
How do you handle quality issues?
