Sample Confirmation (5-10 days)

We can send a free sample or make a sample based on your requirements for you to approve quality, normally it takes 5-10 days including shipping time.

Contract Or PI confirmation (1 day)

After the quality and price are approved by you, we can sign the sales contract or proforma invoice, and include the terms of conditions of payment, lead time, shipment, and NDA to guarantee your rights.

STEP 5

Payment (1-3 days)

After the contract or PI is confirmed, you can arrange payment based on our agreement, we have various payment methods for you to choose from, normally it is bank transfer.

STEP 6

Mass Production (15-20 days)

Then we will arrange mass production right away, our QC will check the quality during production strictly based on approved samples and requirements. And our sales will also follow up to guarantee quality and lead time.

STEP 7

Finished Goods Confirmation (1-3 days)

After the goods are finished, we will take photos of the product, package, logo, labels, packing, shipping marks, or testing videos and send them to you for final approval, you can also send your man to check them before shipment.

STEP 8

Shipping To Arrive (5-40 days)

After all confirmed, we will work out the best shipping solution for you to reference, then we will arrange shipment by air express(4-7 days), air shipment(7-10 days), or sea shipment(15-40 days) based on your requirements.

Yes, sure, just send us your design drawing, we can help find supplier to produce it or you can ask your current supplier to send them to our factory, we will use them to package.

Can I use my own brand & logo?

Yes, sure, all our models support to print your logo

Can you produce metal water bottles according to my design drawing?

Yes, we support OEM and we can make mold for new designs, thus we can manufacture the water bottle with your designs

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept small orders from 500pcs, even with logo, color, package customization.

Can you ship goods to different markets based on my request?

Yes, we can ship goods worldwide based on your requirements.

When can I get my goods after payment?

For sample, it takes 1-2 days to prepare and 3-5 days by DHL, or other air express. For stock models with ODM, it takes 15-20 days to prepare and 7-45 days for shipment depends on your location. For OEM custom water bottles, it takes 35-40 days for mass production.
